Shipping, Return, and Cancellation Policy
General Terms
EcoBeezzz is a family-owned ecological apiary offering premium honey and other beekeeping products. Our goal is to make the shopping process convenient, transparent, and reliable. If you have any questions, please contact us at ecobeezzz@gmail.com.
Shipping
• Shipping is available only within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
• Free shipping is available for orders over $70.
• For orders below $70, the shipping cost is $8.
Delivery Timeframes
• Orders placed by Thursday will be delivered on the current weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
• Orders placed after Friday will be delivered on the weekend of the following week.
Delivery Details
• Orders are delivered with a “Leave at the Door” option.
• After delivery, we will send a photo of the delivered product to the contact information you provided.
• If you require a specific delivery method, please notify us when placing your order.
Returns and Cancellations
• All sales are final.
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted because honey and other products are considered perishable food items. This ensures compliance with safety standards.
Exceptions
We will review requests for replacement or compensation in the following cases:
1. The product was delivered damaged.
2. You received the wrong product.
To process your request:
• Contact us within 1 business day of receiving the product.
• Provide photographic evidence of the issue.
We will offer a replacement product or partial/full compensation for the product cost.
Order Cancellations
• An order can be canceled if it has not yet been processed. To cancel, please contact us at ecobeezzz@gmail.com.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Force Majeure
EcoBeezzz is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or changes in legislation.
