Free delivery is available for orders over $70 within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). For orders below $70, a flat shipping fee of $8 applies.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 business day of delivery. We will request a photo of the damage and offer a solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
Crystallization is a natural process for raw honey and a sign of its quality. It does not affect the taste or health benefits. To restore its liquid texture, place the jar in warm water (up to 40°C).
Store honey in a sealed jar at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Honey does not need refrigeration, as cooler temperatures may accelerate crystallization.
No, returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final. Exceptions are made only for damaged products, which must be reported within 24 hours.
